Below are different pictures of my journey on becoming a teacher. It was difficult to find these pictures as I am a more live in the moment type of person. Therefore, I do not have many pictures of the many great experiences I have had, but here are a few:

This is one of the first pictures I took when I moved to Kamloops. This Picture represents the beginning of a new part of my journey towards becoming a teacher.

The photo below is when I got my official acceptance letter for the Education Program. This was the most excited I have ever been because I knew that everything I had worked towards was finally becoming a reality.

The next picture below is of me taking tennis training during my time working for SD73’s after school program (ASSAI). I had the opportunity to learn a new skill and then teach this new skill to several groups of children. This was an extremely rewarding opportunity and gave me a chance to practice teaching groups of students.

These drawings are only a few of the many many drawing I received from children throughout my time at the YMCA and ASSAI. These pictures represent my journey because they display all of the different children I have been able to meet and bond with throughout my journey to becoming a teacher.

This is where I am now. This is my workspace where I have competed my entire first year in the Education Program. Surprisingly this is the most organized it has been all year. This picture represents where I am now. Although I am not certain what the future holds for me, I will always remember the feeling of accomplishment, having finished my first year of the program entirely online.
